Does it work when the signal drops?

Yes — every record writes to your device first, always. A cellar with no bars still logs its temperature; it all syncs up when the connection comes back.

Do I need an account?

Yes — the app is entered with an account, so every record belongs to your venue from the first night, and your records are copied safely off the device rather than living on one tablet.

Will this make my venue compliant?

No software can, and we won’t claim it. GBM keeps the records that demonstrate your diligence — complete, signed and traceable — which is what an officer actually asks to see.

Whose data is it?

Your venue’s. For the records you keep, the venue is the data controller and we are the processor — and descriptions of refused customers auto-redact after 12 months. It’s all in the privacy policy, in plain English.

What do I install it on?
